Proceeds from the fund aid community members who need assistance not normally provided by law enforcement.  Donations may be tax deductible, contact your tax professional.

Examples of Donations:

School Supplies, Clothes/Shoes, Bedding, Hotel Accommodations for Domestic Violence Victims, Food and Water, or help finding housing options for families displaced from their homes

For monetary donations, please make checks payable to “City of Charlotte” with “CMPD Community Emergency Needs Fund” in the memo line.
